modem cm600 stopped working
My cable modem was working fine then very suddenly stopped working. I had been working then around 3 PM I noticed I got disconnected from the internet. It has not worked since. Router is ok, ISP is saying no outage. Do modems just fail like that? I reset several times.

What are the leds on the modem doing?
Are you able to access the modem's gui if you hardwire into it?
If so, get a screen snip of the cable connection page and the logs. These help us check the connection back to the isp.
Was the ISP able to ping the modem from their end?
