Modem CM700 Ethernet light is blinking orange/flickering orange.
Is this an issue? All of the lights are solid green besides that one and I have internet connection. Just want to know if this is an issue or will I continue to get steady connection?

Review the specs sheet for that model router if this is the one you have:

- kkesterNov 03, 2021TutorAre you implying that I need to get a better router? I’m sorry, I’m new to all of this.

The spec sheets says that the WAN/LAN ports on this particular model only support 10/100Mpbs while the CM700 supports up to 1000Mpbs. The CM works with 100Mpbs however any speed testing you do over wired or wireless will max out at around 100Mpbs. If you get a ISP speed package thats over 100Mpbs, you'll never see higher speeds with this router.
