Modem Constantly Reboots. No Internet

Disregard. After unplugging and letting the device sit for a half hour without any interaction. It booted properly. It appears that my ISP May of had an issue temporarily that somehow my network did not receive internet while my neighbors using the same ISP were able to receive internet.
There a NG modem model # for reference?
