Modem disconnects and reboots

My internet disconnects and modem reboots many times every day which almost drive me crazy.

Things happened too when I used an Arris modem provided by Cox. None of their technicians succeeded to fix the problem. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks. The following attachment is the event logs. Every time the modem disconnects it shows Resetting the cable modem due to docsDevResetNow

        Cable modem then.

         

        If you had the same thing with two completely different modems, I would look first at the Internet service provider and its line.

         

        That they found no faults wrong guarantees nothing.
