Modem is dead, LAN led is amber, others off

Hi guys, a while back (in Feb) ago I got CM1000 as a gift from my relatives. I was busy with other stuff and always delayed the try to use it.

Today when I connected & turned it on, it flashed with leds several times and stuck with amber led on LAN interface. I kept it on for 5 minutes. Nothing had happen. I turned it off, tried again. Nothing.

I also tried to reset it. I pressed reset button and kept it pressed for about 10 seconds. No reaction. I did wait after I pressed the reset for 2 minutes.

Is there any advice for reviving it or should I go straight to support? Also, I figured out that 90 days phone support is not available for me. What is my options? Device is very expensive and I want to get replacement or refund.
