Modem keeps cycling on and off the network

Modem keeps cycling on and off the network, I just purchased this modem in July. The Ethernet light has blinked orange from the beginning. This has been going on for a few weeks, I'm steadily interrupted while gaming, working and surfing the net. Ive tried rebooting it, powering it off for long periods of time. Cant figure it out.
