Modem keeps dropping connection
I keep having problems with it randomly dropping and won’t come back up unless I reboot it. I have been fighting this for a while. ISP says nothing is wrong on there end. I’m at wits end with this so ...
Yea I had a arris that was doing the same thing as this one. I picked this up just to test to see if it would do the same thing and it does. I call the isp and they set it up and said it was good to go.
If you've got 2 modems doing the same thing, it tends to point back to the ISP. I know you've been arguing with them about it. Not sure what else they expect you to do if you've replaced the modem and are still having issues. It kind of points back to their line
