Modem keeps rebooting
Bought CM400 March 2015. Stoped working August 8th 2015. Have comcast as internet provider. They sent tech out to assess situation. Re-hooked up the CM400 directly to laptop and to wireless route...

If you believe that the modem is defective I would contact Netgear phone support. They will be able to check with you and see if its defective and then replace it if it is still under warranty.
