Modem LED Lights WNR3700

The far right LED's for WPS.  Should they both be on?  Only the far right is, not the one next to it - no color.  When I push that button it turns off LEDs for the 2.4 and 5 indicators.  Everything says I should have internet but I don't.  Has worked for 3 or more years.
