do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
Also, remove any splitter, amplifiers, or signal attenuators for the line.
Check the line for kinks, damage, old/bad/corroded/cheap connectors and replace them if there are.
I recommend moving the modem to right where the coax comes into the home to prevent wiring in the home from being the issue.

Can't seem to upload that log. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
The log entries all are critcal 3, Error 4, and Warning 5, Notice 6
These are the most common messages from the log:

2 of these entries are dated 01/01/1970...The others are all current dates
The cable company replaced all the cable and connections from the telephone pole to the modem. When that didn't help I bought this modem several months ago hoping it would help. There is a new splitter that I will bypass as a test.
The modem is 6 feet from where the cable enters the house.
