modem seems to lose sync
my router seems to lose sync many times a day. i can get online with chrome and it connects good, but when i switch pages it's gone. service comes back in about 2 minutes, and may work great for the ...
the c6300 should be good up to 275mbps on xfinity. The techs frequently say things are good when they're not.
Do you have a screen shot of your connections page for your modem? Include the upstream and downstream connections.
Also try removing any splitters, amplifiers, 90 degree elbows, and check your wires for corrosion, kinks, water damage.
