Modem/Router not supported Netgear Nighthawk X4S AC3200 (C7800)

I got this router and I was trying to set it up and they had me put in the serial number and it said Modem not supported but it says it’s authorized by Spectrum. Anyone know a fix??

    I've set one up on spectrum. They are supported and they do work

    they need to put in the mac address for provisioning, not the serial. I'd call back and talk to a different technician.

      I’m just going to return it because I didn’t think it out and for me to use it I have to upgrade from 400 Mbps to 1 Gbps and I had to pay 200 for activation and 120 a month and I just stayed at paying 60 a month and bought the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 C7000v2
