monitor data usage by network
You'll have to forgive any and all ignorace. IT isn't my thing. I've come to a situation where I need to track data usage. So my thought was to use one of my guest wifi's only for this situation. Traffic meter only shows me total usage. How do I view the data usage that has passed through a single signal?
TIA

Unfortunately can't be done. Traffic meter only tracks over all usage thru the modem.

its literally the most requested feature for netgear. Data monitoring by device.

Theres alot of processing thats needed for that kind of feature to work. Something that most routers and gateways don't have the CPU for. Mostly not probably considered in the design. There already alot going on with the wifi, services, firewall and WAN to LAN thru put speeds.
