There is a recessed reset button on the back of the modem. Press this button in for 10 seconds then release. Need to walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC connected to the modem. Refer to the installation guide for help on this.

I looked at the back and even the bottom of the router but I couldn't find a recessed button, just an on off button. There are a couple buttons on the front that I tried holding down before, but they didn't seem to fix the problem either.
Also I just had someone come over with their laptop that had been on my wifi before and they connected no problem. But my xbox and cellphone still can't connect.

You may have incorrect settings on the xbox and cell phone. Contact the mfr for these devices for additional help and information regarding there products. If other devices connect and these two don't, problem maybe with these devices.

Is the Xbox wired or wirelessly connected to the modem?
Try this, disabling WPA security on the modem temporarily. Use the web browser to log into the modems web page.
Does the xbox and or cell phone connect to the modems wifi at all. Re-enable WPA2 and AES after checking this.
