which phones?
Is it all devices or just the phones?
has the 5ghz been disabled?
What error are you getting? Maybe the password is different.
Have you tried changing wifi channels on the 5ghz?
More info is better than less as we aren't there, can't see whats going on, what you've done, etc.

LAN/Ethernet connected computers or 2.4 GHz wireless devices on that C6300 can get access to the Internet?
