My AC1750, model R6400 router will not allow my Apple TV generation 4 to connect.
I took it to the Apple store and it connected easily to the network in store. Came home and it will not connect. Help please!
Can you provide the Wi-Fi settings on the R6400?
Also, do you have ADVANCED > Security > Access Control enabled on the router?
Under ADVANCED > Setup > QoS Setup, do you have WMM enabled?
