My C7000v2 keeps dropping the internet connection. The wireless does not drop and stays strong

So, we have had the modem/router for 3 weeks. It is brand new. Suddenly it keep dropping our internet. It keeps the wireless singnal but it keeps disconneting from the internet.

Any thoughts?

    Have you logged in and checked your cable connection page? 

    Take a screen snip of that info and post it back here with your logs. 

    That helps check the connection back to the isp.

    Also try removing any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators from your line.

    Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. 
    Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
