My CM500-100NAS is constantly having T3 and T4 errors

My phone disconnects or lags every day. My wife's phone is usually ok but it has started to disconnect or lag as well. I have been saving the logs since oct and it started happening around then. I had a CM400 prior to this and it was having the same issue only more often. I realize it might not be 100% the modem's fault but this is where I'm at currently. I've talked with Google home support and they say the router is fine. I've added a pdf of the status and error log. My setup is as follows: I have suddenlink as a provider, a google home router that's 3 years old, ps4, smart tv (that we don't use it's smart features directly but is connected), Computer tower, samsung phone, apple phone and a google home mini sometimes. It's hard to tell what the error log is doing because it resets the date back to 1/1/1970 a lot. Thanks in advance for any help and it's very much appreciated.

  • Also I used to have a problem with the power being too high at 52ish but found out I wasn't grounding the outside wire so I fixed that and now it's down to 46ish.
