My modem/router is on a constant boot load for two days

- CtorresAspirantMy device is in a bootloop can't connect to it I don't have a device with an Ethernet port I tried connecting with USB to my laptop but no luck doesnt stay on long enough to connect. I tried the physical reset button also no luck. And yes I tried turning it off an on again. I left it connected for two days to see if it will fix itself and even left it unplugged for a day as well no luck also. Don't want to buy a new one please help.

If a Factory reset did not resolve the issue it could be a hardware failure if you can not access anything not much more you can do. If your modem is still under warranty I would Contact Netgear phone support.
