I would contact Netgear support about this as it may need to be replaced.

I did just that and got a replacement(same model and everything). Bought it through amazon and got it returned through them as well. New one does the same thing. Very strange but doe not seem normal to me. Doesnt always do it though. Sometimes if I turn it a certain way it stops. Thinking maybe a different model :(
