I'm not sure that I follow what is going on there. It does not help that the message almost unreadable, thanks to being underlined and bold. (I suspect some sort of glitch in the bulletin board software.)
Are you asking for help to replace an R7900P with a TP-Link Router? If so, this isn't the right place to seek help. TP-Link knows how to set up its devices.

Remember, when you say "CM1000 is not connecting with the router" you have to think of it as the router not connecting to the modem, rather than the other way round. First connecting the modem to the Internet, then work out how to connect the router to that.
