My work VPN and cax30 do not like each other
My work VPN and cax30 do not like each other. I went through days of trouble shooting and changing isps and tech support. Hopefully I find some answers here bc I can't fathom spending 300 bucks just to replace it with a free modem And router

Having same issue with vpn and wired connections and ask the troubleshooting I can handle with multiple calls with multiple techs and 2 different isps
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
