n300 c3000 WiFi and 2.4 GHz lights blinking simultaneously

Experiencing slow internet, intermittent connectivity issues.  Top WiFi light and bottom 2.4 GHz light blinking green simultaneously.  All other lights solid green.  Is this normal, or symptomatic of somthing?

    Hello Honeybeevt

     

    If your having intermit connections I would check your cable coax connections. Check to see if you have a splitter on the cable line if you do try to remove it and go straight to the wall see if that improves your connection. You may also want to contact your ISP have them check the cable signal levels if they are bad they may need to send a tech out to your home to adjust these levels. as for the wifi you may want to check with the isp sometimes they need to add codes to there billing system to tell the modem that it can use wifi this could be a possible issue. hope to hear your feedback.
