N300 model C3000 cable modem/router drops internet connection

I have a C3000 with time warner with the same issues, I currently have a trouble ticket open with netgear... Pending results. Bought the router from bestbuy on the 2 and nothing but trouble since, thinking of returning it and buying an ARRIS or similar.
Any word back from netgear on your ticket? The problem still persists, and is happening more frequently now. I'm going to call and try to get a replacement since it is under warranty, but I have a feeling that I will eventually just buy another modem/router from another company. If I find any solutions I will post them, please let me know if you find any. Thank you.
Netgear was unable to resolve the issue, I returned the device and picked an ARRIS cable modem and am using that with my linksys router attached to it for advanced routing.
