N450 CG3000Dv2 Can't login to router settings
I have recently gone back to cable internet after about 4 years. Pulled out my N450 and hooked it up. Can't remember signin for router settings so have hit the reset button several times, the route...

That all sounds good, except fot the part where it doesn't seem to
reset the "admin" password to "password".

Because it's a DOCSIS cable-TV thing, there may be little you can do
to influence the firmware directly. You might ask your ISP if they can
do anything useful from their side.
