N450 (CG3000Dv2) seeing a connection but no internet

So, this morning I was streaming amazon prime through my xbox one, and I got a pop up that mentioned something about bandwidth. My Internet then just.. stopped.. all the lights on the gateway remained the way they always are. I called comcast and they said that everything on their end looked fine. So after multiple resets, I decided to try a factory reset, and now all the lights are doing what they're supposed to be doing, but the up/down lights, along with the internet light are all solid, no blinking. I tried to access it from my computer. After I enter my new password and go to save, it says the connection was reset. The correct LAN lights are on and blinking, showing connectivity, so I have no idea what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
