N450 modem, Wi-Fi works fine, no Ethernet access. Lights for ports 1 and 2 are amber and do not change when a cable is plugged in. Windows 10 laptop will not connect, neither will home security NVR. W...
Hard resets have been done with no change. Lights on ports 1 and 2 are dimly lit amber, plugging cable in changes nothing on any ports. My options for Lan Switch are grayed out.
Have you checked with your ISP if the modem is coded correctly it could be in modem only mode for some reason and the ports are not working.
