Hi - thanks.... No, haven't changed channels... I had in my notes from the long past that channel 11 was a good one for home use but I'm happy to try changing, let me know if you have any suggestions. I was messing around with logging on to the router - if I was reading it right there was only one Wifi network on channel 11 - maybe it always says that! Roku support (regarding the intermittent 'no signal') isn't of much help - they want me to replace cables (again).... DT

you may want to get the wifi analytics app on your phone it can scan your environment and tell you what the least crowded channel is.

Thanks for the info - I can check that out. Sometimes I think it has something to do specifically with the Roku box...even though it's the Premier - still getting the "no signal" for a second or two or twenty from time to time.... Momma don't like that...hahaha. Thx.
