Can this be used on DSL?

Is that accurate? "N450" is a speed, not a model number.

If "this" is a CG3000D (or anything else with "DOCSIS" in its
description), and you're looking for a DSL modem, then, no, its modem is
a cable-TV-type modem, not a DSL modem.It may be possible to configure it as a wireless access point, so you
might be able to get some use out of it in any network, but it's useless
as a DSL modem.
