N600 3 second Timeouts

Question

So for 5 months now I get random timeouts that casue me to lose complete connection I think its my isp that is causing it but im not for sure I have ping plotter image i was hoping one of you could give me a little more info.&nbsp;

Are you seeing T3 or T4 timeouts in the cable modem logs at the same time you see them on ping plotter?

My modem shows nothing only thing that shows it is PP or a cmd ping test. Some new info I found out is my hop 6 will change ips and whenever it goes from the 88 to the 225 it times out.
