N600 C3700-100NAS wifi suddenly became very slow

Question

I have xfinity internet (200Mbps speed limit). Although, I was never getting more than 100Mbps earlier , suddenly in the last 2 weeks, I am seeing slowness of internet along with no-wifi some times.

The number of device in the house has not changed and distance from router is also same.

What can I do to debug this issue?

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
