N600 C3700 WiFi Modem Router will not come on line

Attempting initial setup / connection & after connecting power cord & coaxial cable, the router never comes online.  I do get several other green blinking lights telling me power is to the unit, but as per the directions, the Internet LED should stop blinking and should see a solid green light ... never comes on.

 

Any ideas?

    Did you get it activated through your ISP? 

    The ISP has to initialize the modem. Some have the auto-activate feature but not all isp's support that function. Without knowing your ISP, I'd recommend calling them to get it initialized to your service.
