Of course that won't connect to the wifi extender, this does NOT need to be this difficult....4 hours later.
So that coonect to the same log in page for to connect via phone that doesn't work.

so you'vee gotten it more complicated.
You have a router and an extender.
1. what extender do you have?
2. what page are you trying to connect to? (a screen snip helps)
3. what error is it giving you? (again, take a screen snip)
4. are you trying to connect to the wifi? trying to connect to the gui? details are key
5. if you're concerned the extender is causing issues for you logging in (if it does have different credentials) power it off and try
6. you can always hardwire into the router to access it. Then you don't have to worry about the wifi login/password. Just the gui info.
