Question

I turned my modem/router off and back on, and now I do have internet, but my network is not showing on my iphone or printer. What do I do?

We need a little more info to help you out.
Modem model and firmware:
router model and firmware:&nbsp;
You know you have internet. How? Are ethernet devices working or some wifi devices connecting?
Have you tried logging into the gui to check settings?
Is it just your iphone and printer or everything?

Model 3700. It is a modem/router. I do have internet on my laptop, but when I go to settings on my iphone, I cannot find my network.

Model 3700? should have more info on it than that. If its the combo device it should start with a C?
Firmware of it?
You say its hooked to your laptop. How? Wireless? ethernet?
Have you went into your phone/printer and deleted the old network? You might need to do this for it to reconnect

Model C3700. I is wireless. I did not have a old network. I don't know work firmware is.

this link shows you how to forget a network on your iphone. You'd have to look to your printer manual to find that out.&nbsp;

So your laptop can see the wireless broadcasting? Do you have any other devices you can scan with?&nbsp;
If your other devices can see it broadcasting, then its a problem with your iphone/printer. Sometimes they just need to forget the current setup and be re-setup.&nbsp;
