NAT Type 3 R6400

I have been trying to change the NAT type on my PS4 so I can play with friends and I have done everything I can think of to try and give myself an open NAT type. I have tried

-Port forwarding

-DMZ

-Static IP

- Disabling my router firewall completely

-UPnP

-Reseting PS4 & Router

-Wired connection

and none of this will change my NAT type from 3. Any other ideas I can try? I'm getting pretty frustrated.

    Does your R6400 have a public IP address on its Internet port? Look it up and report back with the first half of the address.

        That's a private address. There's another router upstream of you. IOW, you have double NAT.

        Do you know if your modem has a router built into it.
