Need help in setting the nat type from moderate to open for my xbox one.

Hello can anybody help me, i am trying to set my xbox one nat type to open, the error message that it gives is "your network is behind a UPnP Port-restricted Nat". Now when i connect my xbox one to my cable modem it is open but i want my xbox connected to my netgear router, does anybody now how to fix this?
