Need ports to be opened to access my son's new game

I have a netgear router. It is not in warrenty. I need to know if netgear can pls open one of these ports for me so that my son can access his game. I have no income. I am permanently disabled and would appreciate help with this matter. I have been buying netgear products for about 10 years.

 

the port numbers supplied to me are 80, 443,18120, and 18060. Please let me know if you can help me.

    Hello Wendyj45 

     

    It is pretty simple to open the ports that you will need for your son. You will need to know the ip address of the game console or PC that your son is using typically if its a game console he can go into settings then network settings and it should tell him the IP address it should start with 192.168.X.X.Here is a article on how to do this.
