Need to convert Verizon Fios coax signal to ethernet. What should I use?
My subject title says it all.
I'm looking for something to convert my Verzion Fios Coax cable to ethernet. My office is in the basement and my WiFi doesn't work as well as it should. I prefer hard wire anyway.
Can someone suggest an i9nexpensive method to accomplish what I need. I could buy something from Verizon but it costs $55.00 but that is a bit beyond me right now.

This is a cable modem forum for cable modem ISPs and cable modems and cable modem gateways for NG.
I would visit the verizon or dslreports forums for help with this:
