Need to convert Verizon Fios coax signal to ethernet. What should I use?

My subject title says it all.I'm looking for something to convert my Verzion Fios Coax cable to ethernet.&nbsp; My office is in the basement and my WiFi doesn't work as well as it should.&nbsp; I prefer hard wire anyway.&nbsp;Can someone suggest an i9nexpensive method to accomplish what I need.&nbsp; I could buy something from Verizon but it costs $55.00 but that is a bit beyond me right now.
