Net gear Nighthawk AC1900 router won't connect

We have had the same router for about a year with no problems. Yesterday, all of a sudden, it disconnect and none of the phones or iPads recognize the device. I reset the router, modem, and unplugged and plugged everything in without it connecting. Anyone know a possible solution or is the router just dead? It seems all the lights are still lit on the front (1, 3, 4, 10, 11, and twelve light oh that helps). Thanks for any suggestions.
