I have tryed rebooting router a couple of times still no internet net as well as not all lights are on router

Yow. Which _are_ on? Colors? Activity? Any useful info at all?

for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for theLED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".
