NETGEAR 48 Version 2.4.22 keeps closing down

Hello People,

I recently upgraded to NETGEAR 48 Version 2.4.22.

Since then NETGEAR spontaneously closes down 3 or 4 times every day.

Is this a problem at NETGEAR's end or mine?

    What is the model number of your modem? Also have you tried to factory reset the unit and set it up again?
