Netgear 56 and 5G

Hi We recently switched to Xfinity for internet only. The Netgear CM500 cable modem works great! No connection problems, etc.  There is one thing that does not work and I'd like to know why and what...

    i am going to accept all answers as solution. I was able to put all devices together because, God bless him, my husband gave me wrong password! So now my phone and ipad are on same frequency! Thanks so much!
