Netgear AC1600 C6250

I bought this product to replace xfinity/comcast router/modem combo.  I have my xbox one hard wired into the modem.  My samsung smarttv also hard wired into the modem.

 

I have 2 laptops, 1 ipad, 2 galaxy s7 edges connected to the wifi.

 

I have xfinity comcast 105mbps download 25mbps upload.... All my tests are coming back 60mbps or slower.  Is there something I should be checking or adjusting to make sure I am getting the proper speeds?

 

I am illiterate with some of this stuff.

    Do you have any type of cable splitter attached to the modem you can try to remove that and see if that improves the connection. also are you getting these slow speeds on both the wired and wireless connections?
