Netgear AC1750 router with Arris TM3402A modem no wifi internet

Just installed Cox internet. Using Netgear AC1750 router with Cox provided Arris modem model TM3402A. After everything loads up, router internet led blinking green. Try to connect & get "No Internet" msg. Have rebooted multiple times. WiFi enabled. If I reboot and use ethernet cable connection to router get same results. However, if I reboot and connect with ethernet cable directly to Arris modem, connection is good. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Cox rep fixed problem. Modem was replaced and new passwords were required.
