NETGEAR AC1900 C6300BD: Solid Red Power Light

Boots up normally with led lights being green and blue, but after a few seconds the power led goes solid red with all the other leds (WPS, Downstream, Up Stream, Online, 2.4GHz, 5 GHz) staying solid green. Wait a few more seconds and the only led that stays on is power with it being solid red.
I've tried holding down the reset button for 30 seconds
Holding the reset button for 30 seconds, unplugging the power cord and replugging the power cord while continuing to hold the reset button for another 30 seconds.
When powered up my computer wont recognize that a modem/router is connected to it
Not sure what to do now. Please help.

This is a ISPspecific modem you will need to contact them for support with this modem.
