Netgear AC1900 C7100V Tel lines

Is there a way to have the Tel 1 and Tel 2 jacks default to the same phone number so I can plug in two devices.

Currently only Tel 2 works while plugging in the phone and don't get a dial tome on Tel 1?

    Sounds like a faulty jack or modem. I believe both jacks should be on the same line. Might contact NG support and ask about this.

    typically it was supposed to be for home alarm feature. did you ask comcast if both lines are provisioned?

    is the Tel1 LED lit?
