Netgear AC1900 C7100V Tel lines

Question

Is there a way to have the Tel 1 and Tel 2 jacks default to the same phone number so I can plug in two devices.

Currently only Tel 2 works while plugging in the phone and don't get a dial tome on Tel 1?

Sounds like a faulty jack or modem. I believe both jacks should be on the same line. Might contact NG support and ask about this.&nbsp;

typically it was supposed to be for home alarm feature. did you ask comcast if both lines are provisioned?is the Tel1 LED lit?&nbsp;&nbsp;
