Hi. We brought a netgear nighthawk Ac750 today and have had it set up. Connected it to the app on my mobile phone and done a firmware update then all of a sudden the router turned of and now just the ...

"AC750" is a speed, not a model number. Ever helpful, Netgear
product packaging emphasizes speeds like "ACxxxx", but that's not the
model identifier. Look at the product label for the actual model
number.
