I have this Ax8 router. Factory settings + Limit 5G to 1200M Limit 2.4 to 600M I am on a Giga bit network and get 800M on 5G and only 100 on 2.4g My OBS streaming does not work if I ...
1. What actual router do you have? AX8 isn't a model. check on the label
2. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
3. what firmware is on the router?
4. What is OBS streaming?
5. what error do you get connected to 5ghz?
6. 100mbps is about all you can expect from 2.4ghz. Its a slow network and sensitive to interference. Its why 5/6ghz started

2. As I understand this is a modem+router and it connected via coaxial cable to the wall (Xfinity)

4. OBS streaming is a streaming software for broadcasting content on twitch/youtube etc. (https://obsproject.com/)5. The connection from OBS to youtube keeps getting disconnected.
