ALL OF MY LIGHTS ARE NOT LITE /MY MAJIC JACK TELEPHONE PLUG WILL NOT WORK

    Unplug the modem from the wall out let and ISP coax line. Plug back in the power and turn on the modem. Do any LEDs turn ON? 

    Try pressing the reset button for 10 seconds then release.

    Is it only your magic jack with issues? Everything else works fine? 

    What lights aren't lit?
