Netgear c6300 ac1750 wifi cable modem router

Question

&nbsp;I have a Netgear C6300 wifi modem router bought in 2017.&nbsp; My issue is 2 days ago the WiFi stopped working. The light is off for wifi both 2.4 and5 wifi modes are out alsoand usb is off. What could be the problem?&nbsp; I have reset and rebooted the unit.

did you try pushing and holding the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds?

I did but it still says low data mode. The wifi lights are now blinking but not staying on.

What says low data mode?&nbsp;the wifi lights are blinking? it usually means data is transmitting.&nbsp;

The settings on my IPhone say low data mode is off now. Now it says the device is currently infected with a Trojan virus?
